Main tasks:

• Supporting the sales team in advising and supporting customers (private and agency customers)
• Creation and operation of travel offers
• Answering inquiries by phone and in writing
• Marketing and contacts with new customers

Applicants should have the following qualifications and experience:

• Good knowledge of spoken and written Spanish and at least one more language
• Commitment and high resilience
• Reliability, discretion, and very good manners
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
• Quick learner, flexibility
• Safe handling of common PC applications (Windows 7, Mail, Internet, Word, Excel, Outlook, Firefox)
